Are there marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop?
Do I need to create an account to shop?

Certainly not, you can shop directly without logging in. Just fill in your address.

What is Pre-Order Product?

Some products display a "Pre-Order" notice during the transaction process.

Pre-order, often abbreviated as PO, is a shopping system where the customer places an ORDER and makes the PAYMENT upfront, with a waiting period (estimated or approximated) that has been communicated and agreed upon.

 

In other words, PO means you are making a payment for a product that will be made because PO products are not yet in stock.

 

What you need to know:

  • The given time is an estimate; we usually take up to 1 month for production. However, in some cases, it can take up to 2 months.
  • Shipping priority is based on payment, not the order date.
  • Since it's a "Pre-Order," it doesn’t mean the product will be shipped immediately after you transfer the money. Pre-order items need to be produced, undergo Quality Checking, and then shipped.
